When something is worth your attention, we hand you the opportunity along with our written point of view: what we found, why we like it, what worries us, and the terms. Not a raw data room. Judgment you can read.
You decide, deal by deal
Every opportunity is its own decision. There are no blind pools and no obligation to participate. If a deal isn't for you, you pass and wait for the next one. You choose a check size that fits your situation.
We handle the structure
Paperwork, the investment vehicle, wiring, closing logistics. We handle the mechanics so you don't have to learn a new set of rules. You get a clear checklist and a person to ask.

When you invest, you're in the same deal we're in, on the same terms. We put our own capital to work beside yours. Our incentive is simple: we do well when you do well.

You don't have to take our word on any single opportunity. You have our diligence and our own capital in the deal as evidence of what we believe. If a company doesn't clear the bar for us, it never reaches you.
